We take utmost care to pack all our orders, every piece at HARROZ is stitched with attention to detail. We use 100% biodegradable packaging. We assure you that all the products sold on HARROZWORLD.COM are 100% genuine.

Our aim at HARROZ is to bring a smile on your face with each purchase. We are really thankful for the trust you have shown in us and we promise you to have a hassle-free purchase experience.

 In the unlikely event that any merchandise purchased from us is received in a damaged or defective condition, customers may exchange the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as he / she purchased it, in its original packaging along with the original tags. It would be necessary to provide all the financial transaction details along with bills/invoices provided.

Possible resolution could be a Replacement, Exchange or Refund in the form of HARROZ Store coupons. We offer a replacement / exchange at no extra cost.

Please note: We currently do not provide exchanges or returns scheduled outside of India.

 PROCEDURE FOR RETURN OF PRODUCTS

 

  1. Please contact us either on the phone number provided or through email and provide us with the Order id details.
  2. Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process.
  3. We do not charge extra for returns and all replacements/pickups are done free of cost.
  4. Please ensure that the product return is initiated within 7(seven) days of receipt of the article.
  5. Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. The product should not be damaged or soiled.
  6. Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Products that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
  7. According to the company’s policy we reserve all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.
  8. The HARROZ team holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer will NOT be eligible for returns or exchange and it will be sent back to the customer.
  9. No exchange and refund on discounted items & All custom-made ORDERS.
  10. Please be aware that we can only replace the order with the same product, subject to availability.
  11. A credit note is only given if the product is not available in the same size or pattern.
 
 CAN I SEND THE RETURN BY MYSELF?

However, kindly note that HARROZ will not be liable for any damages, theft, or unusual activity of any sort when you use your return service. Thus, we suggest you choose a trackable and reliable shipping service. 

 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at HARROZWORLD@GMAIL.COM

REFUND

We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labour that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors , such as incorrectly shipped or missing items or any genuine reasons. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.  

In case of Refund, the entire amount paid by you including shipping and gift charges are transferred to your account. The time taken will be governed by the policies of our payment partner. We will send you an email confirming your refund. If the garment we receive appears to be used or damaged by the customer, it will be sent back to you.

  • Though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to find an alternative solution to make your pieces reach you.
